Scope
These terms apply to access to and use of Jurono websites, accounts, software services, law firm profiles, directory features, intake flows, support, demos, and related services by Jurono, Berlin, Germany.
Accounts and authority
Users must provide accurate information and keep access credentials confidential. Anyone registering a law firm account confirms that they are authorized to act for the firm or organization. Jurono may review professional details, firm, billing, or contact data before activating certain functions.
Services and changes
Jurono provides software for law firm visibility, structured legal requests, profile maintenance, and a digital file foundation. Availability of individual features may depend on the selected plan, onboarding status, technical integrations, and legal requirements.
Customer and user duties
Customers are responsible for lawful use of Jurono, the accuracy of their law firm profile and published content, professional-law compliance, client communication, and any legal advice or legal service provided by their firm.
Fees and payment
Paid plans, billing cycles, taxes, and included services are determined by the applicable order, checkout, or offer. Unless stated otherwise, prices are net plus applicable VAT or comparable taxes.
Availability and support
Jurono aims to operate reliably but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security work, third-party outages, force majeure, or internet infrastructure failures may affect availability.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Jurono, the software, designs, trademarks, documentation, and platform content remain the property of Jurono or its licensors. Customer content remains under the responsibility and ownership of the customer, subject to the rights Jurono needs to host, process, display, secure, and provide the service.
Liability, term, and law
Jurono has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and mandatory statutory liability. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties and foreseeable typical damages, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. German law applies where legally permissible.
